I used to make a lot of custom fins for my boards or for boards the didn't exist 'cause i couldn't afford to make another...a small sheet of baltic birch ply is a bit cheaper than a whole board so i got lots of practice!
Its been a while since i've made a pair of fins, but this board required some creativity in that department...double foiled keels on a 5'1x23x3 Bob Simmons inspired hull/platter...
