I snuck out at dusk today and caught some crazy fun rides aways down from cp. Everyone was at the rock, but the shape was so so. Had a nice loooooong peak all to myself. Low wind. Super fun and zippy at mid tide. If only there was an extra hour of daylight. Not worth risking it with the rock/s, so had to leave wanting more. . . Still got the stoke, though.
Hope you were able to catch some before the rain.

Surfed Rincon from 2:00 until 3:30. Pretty strong South wind blowing, but solid HH sets every 10 minutes or so...

Goly, I was at CP at around 11AM I think. Def. went at the wrong time, when I checked the cam at around 1 or 2PM the waves were looking really good!
I think I'll sneak out tmrw to get some waves.
CP was much better than it appeared from shore this am--and definitely serene, with no one out but dolphins and pelicans. Reminded me that sometimes it gets better when you just get out there, even if it looks smallish.
