I wanted to post this for the bottom though, something ive been thinking of for a while and fnally got to put into action...
Its got a soft vee entry in the nose, to a wide single concave under the front foot which turns into a vee again at the fins and through the tail. I put a bonzer inspired concave running through the fin sets in order to maximize water flow through the fins; making them more efficient...which means faster!
the goal is a forgiving board, with lots of volume which is super responsive off the tail...The template is a regular fish template, nothing too different there...but heres the bottom:
