I liked the movie. I know some of my friends were wary because of the religious theme, but I think it's a good surf flick regardless of whether you're into the faith based message.
Tom Curren's band was fun. His bassist has some serious energy which balances nicely with his mellow laid-backness.
The kid behind me won the Red Beauty that was raffled, and you should have seen the look on his face. Pure Stoke.
