Water Photographers Tues/Wed

Trying to find a water photographer out at Rincon Tuesday & Wednesday. Had a white housing, longer dark hair, and I believe a goatee. I was sitting high on a face when he got a few shots of me, I believe. I then road in, and he waved to me 3 or 4 times but I never got out and got his name. Would love to track these down. Anyone with a tip/s?

Okay, probably talking to myself here, but found out the water photographer on Tuesday is a fellow named "t graser" (tim?tom?todd?). Anyone know how to reach him? Google came up empty.
