Hi Shredability on VBS.tv
Kassia Meador slides all kinds of boards with absolute crazy grace. Like a bird, or a dancer, or something... a dancing bird on the water. We hope she isn't bummed on that description, but anyway, she shreds.

From host Tyler Mason:
Myles Padaca might be best known for his roll on that reality-tv show Boarding House, or for his Triple Crown win back in 2001. I honestly didn't know much more than that about Myles before (future episode spoiler) Fast Eddie suggested we spend a day with him. I guess I was expecting another member of the Wolf Pack to puff his chest up and give Jake and I hell for being skinny mainlanders, but I couldn't have been more wrong. In this episode we see Myles as the family man, teaching his daughter how to shred at the Menehune Contest in Haleiwa, with the rest of the tiniest groms on the North Shore.

From host Tyler Mason:
Over the weeks I was staying in Monster Island we talked about all the things I wanted to do while in New York: a classic Rockaway surf trip via the subway, skate session at the Autumn Bowl, bbqs on loading docks, get into some shit with the fuzz, sweat and drink lots of ice coffee, wander around the Met—all the typical tourist junk. The last two things on my "to-do" list were skate across the Williamsburg bridge and take the train out to Montauk to surf in Warhol's old backyard. So, we put our boards under our arms and pushed our skateboards towards the bridge at about 11pm and headed towards Penn Station with a summer swell building…

In 1970 Mark Cunningham found an old pair of fins, hitchhiked to Sandy Beach on Oahu's south shore, and started body surfing the heavy shore pound. Ever since then he has committed himself to accessing the ocean in the most basic way he can. Considered the worlds best body surfer, Mark is a 52 year old retired lifeguard who likes to keep things simple.
