Two Separate Services Planned for Saturday, November 19th
“Douglas Lay’s first Memorial Paddle-Out will begin early Saturday morning at 7:00 am at the Rincon Cove. Part 2 of the services will commence later that same morning at 10:00 am, moving South to Leo Carrillo State Beach (“Secos”). We hope that Santa Barbara surfers will be at the Rincon event which has less available parking than the Leo Carrillo event likely will.
