Decision to Postpone the Rincon Classic a Good Call
When Rincon Classic organizer Chris Keet made the call to postpone this weekend’s scheduled contest, I’m sure that there was at least a small part of him that was hoping that he wasn’t making a big mistake. “What if it doesn’t rain, and what if the surf is good?” Surely this cognition bounced around in his head a few times. Hell, it makes me almost nauseas just thinking about it… Contest organizers must always contend with making a bad call as surely even the best forecasters are fallible.
More surf and weather is headed our way, so this should be an interesting week… Hope to see you in the water.
