Weekend Storm Leaves Killer Waves in Wake
All day long I watched the buoys, looked at the cams, and weighing the possibilities of a Sunday photo shoot. Of course I would normally be out on the hunt if not for my ailing back, but I was in a ton of pain and was just chilling until it became obvious it was time to go. Around 2:30 pm I got a call from an old friend who now lives in the PNW who was asking how Rincon was. “Looks pretty good on the buoys,” he said. The phone call inspired me to get out a look for myself, and I was rewarded as you will see below. Steve Bissell went a little further South on Sunday.
